11/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Madrid end-September, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network unreservedly condemned as "crime against humanity" the attacks of 11 September "against the American people", but stressed the need to respect international law and human rights when reacting to these events.
