26/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers has endorsed the European Convention on the protection of broadcasting heritage and its Protocol on protecting television programmes, which the 43 Council of Europe Member States will shortly be invited to sign, along with Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Holy See, Monaco and the European Commission.
