The Belgian brewer INTERBREW will acquire 80% of the capital in the German group DIEBELS (annual production of 150 million litres of beer with 400 employees). It also won the call for offers for the acquisition of a 53.9% stake in the Bosnian brewer BANJA LUKA (annual production of 470,000 hectolitres of beer with 360 employees). The financial details of these two operations have not been disclosed.
