The Italian OLCESE SPA, specialised in the manufacturing of china thread and luxury tinted thread, will take control of the French CAULLIEZ FRERES for EUR 15 million. The new group will earn a turnover of around EUR 160 million (for around 100 million brought by OLCESE and 60 million by CAULLIEZ FRERES) and will be the largest European in cotton threading.
