ALPHA CREDIT, subsidiary of FORTIS BANQUE, is to take over control of NISSAN FINANCE BELGIUM, which hitherto belonged to NISSAN BELGIUM (Japanese group MARUBENI). The FORTIS subsidiary will thus acquire 75% of the company specialised in automobile financing, the remainder being held by FORTIS LEASE, another subsidiary of the group. The amount of transactions was not disclosed.
