The American group AMERICAN EXPRESS and the Italian tour operator UVET have announced the creation of a new company specialised in the field of business travel in Italy. Called UVET AMERICAN EXPRESS CORPORATE TRAVEL, the company will be held at 65% by UVET and at 35% by AMERICAN EXPRESS. In Italy, it will have 15 agencies and employ nearly 260.
