27/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Saturday, the town of Ankara will be receiving the Flag of Honour from the Council of Europe for its European commitment and for its twinning activities. Ankara has twinned with eight towns: Skopje, Tirana, Sofia, Tbilissi, Bucharest, Moscow, Kiev and Sarajevo.
