Yes to control of FHE by CNH Global

Brussels, 28/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised CNH Global NV to take full control of Fiat Hitachi Excavator (FHE), an Italian company specialised in the production of construction equipment (diggers, loaders, levellers, etc.) and agricultural machines held until then jointly by CNH and the Japanese company Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.
