EIB loans of EUR 134 million for modernisation of Danish public services

Brussels, 28/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) provided, on Wednesday, loan financing facilities amounting to EUR 134 million for two projects in Denmark, that will support technological upgrades and innovation in the provision of public services. The first loan (EUR 107 million), signed with Danmark Radio (DR), concerns the construction of new radio and television production installations that should be operational by 2005.
