Brussels, 06/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday in Brussels, the European Parliament adopted the report by Swedish Social Democrat Anneli Hulthen on environment policy and sustainable development (with a view to the European Council in Gothenburg). It regrets that, because of "lack of time", it was kept in the background when the concrete proposals pertaining to this strategy were examined.
