ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

Dutch insurance bank ING has acquired from the SAVIA group - for the sum of $791 million - a 45% stake in the Mexican insurance company SCA - SEGUROS COMERCIAL AMERICA, which allows it to increase its capital stake to 87%. The company is the largest in the country with a market share of 29%.
