The Dutch post office TPG - TNT POST GROUP has sold to the French group CARAVELLE, for an undisclosed amount, its postal delivery services in France grouped under the name of XP France (annual turnover a little over FF 1 billion with 1,600 employed). Formerly called TNT France, this entity was created from the purchase of 26 French delivery firms allowing the Dutch post office to have a network in France. Furthermore, TPG has sold to its Swiss counterpart, for an undisclosed amount, its international mail services for business customers in the Netherlands. The latter represent an annual turnover by way of EUR 11 million.
