TELEFONICA MEDIAS, media subsidiary of the Spanish firm TELEFONICA, has announced the sale of its 5% stake in PEARSON and, according to the Spanish press, is aid to be negotiating a large-scale strategic alliance with the German group BERTELSMANN.
