Germany's PREUSSAG, the world's number one in tourism, has taken an indirect share in the Italian tour operator ALPITOUR (annual turnover of 1 bn euro and 1.2 million clients). For 40 million euro, PREUSSAG will take a 10% stake in NHT - NEW HOLDING FOR TOURISM so far held by IFIL, holding company of the Agnelli family.
