21/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - According to the results of a survey by the Emor institute, 59% of Estonians were, early May, against their country joining the EU, and only 41% in favour (in April, these percentages were 57% and 43% respectively). The Emor institute thus provides comparative data from which it results that Estonia is the only applicant country where those against EU membership are in a majority.
