ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) robotics

In France, JOUAN (turnover FF 520 million in 2000 with 610 employed), that ranks third worldwide in the scientific and medical instrument sector, has bought up GIRA, a small company that designs, assemblies and installs robotic platforms in laboratories, and which makes an annual turnover of FF 30 million, employing around 40.
