ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) leisure sector

The Belgian-Swedish group BBL TRAVEL has acquired the Belgian travel agent and tour operator GROEP HUYBRECHTS (turnover EUR 30 million in 2000 with 16 travel agencies in Belgium) from Dutch KRAS INTERNATIONAL. With this move, TICKET BBL TRAVEL will have 56 agencies with an annual turnover of EUR 125 million.
