ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aeronautics

The British defence and aeronautics group GENERAL DYNAMICS announced the acquisition of GALAXY AEROSPACE (turnover of USD 635 million forecasted for 2002 with around 450 employees), a mixed company created in 1997 between the American company HYATT CORPORATION and the ISRAEL AIRCRAFT INDUSTRIES company for USD 330 million.
