ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

FERROATLANTICA, together with the German company ENBW, made a bid for 59.5% of the capital of HIDROCANTABRICO, according to provisional accounts published by the stock market regulator. The takeover bid by ADYGESINVAL (made up of EDP - ELECTRICIDAD DE PORTUGAL and CAJASTUR) achieved 19.2% of the capital. FERROALTLANTICO has therefore won the takeover bid. See EI of 9/10 April.
