Teka (Spain) take joint control of Holdivat (Belgium)

Brussels, 11/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the Spanish company Teka Industrial SA to take joint control, with Finatlantis (French group SUEZ) of Holdivat SA, a Belgian holding company that owns two manufacturers of stainless steel beverage containers, Comet NV (Belgium), on the one hand, and FSB Fassindustrie gesellschaft M.b.H (Austria), on the other.
