Japanese car maker NISSAN has announced that it is selling its 33.3% share in TENNEX, which manufactures air, petrol and coal filters, to the German company MAHLE FILTERSYSTEME (another filter manufacturer). The operation will make MAHLE FILTERSYSTEME the biggest shareholder in TENNEX, sending NISSAN to second place with 23.4% of the capital.
