ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) billposting

The French company JC DECAUX has issued a takeover bid for 82.8 zlotys for 29.74% of the Polish company AMS (ART MARKETING SYNDICATE) whose turnover reached EUR 52.5 million in 2000. The offering will apply from 17 to 30 April and is for 1.24 million shares in the top Polish advertising panel company at 66 zlotys per share.
