ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking-insurance

The Swiss insurer ZFS - ZURICH FINANCIAL SERVICES has created a joint-venture with Scotland's second largest bank BANK OF SCOTLAND. Held equally, the new entity should enable ZFS to propose bank products to its some 4.5 million British customers. The two establishments have not revealed the financial terms of the partnership.
