Brussels, 19/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the planned acquisition, from the British group Royal & Sun Alliance, of the Italian insurance companies Lloyd Italico Assicurazioni (Li Assicurazioni) and Lloyd Italico Vita by Toro Assicurazioni.
