LASTMINUTE.COM, electronic commerce company specialised in the sale of last minute products, concluded a partnership agreement with the travel agent THOMAS COOK. The agreement foresees the creation of a joint venture between THOMASCOOK.COM, the Internet company of the British group and LASTMINUTE.COM.
