ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) media

The Italian television group TMC - TELEMONTECARLO will acquire the Italian music and Internet activities of MTV NETWORKS EUROPE. This acquisition will be carried out through its subsidiary BETA TELEVISION of CECCHI GORI COMMUNICATIONS, owner of TMC. In exchange, MTV EUROPE will take a 49% stake in BETA TELEVISION.
