02/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - British Midland intends lodging a complaint with the European Commission against the "Open Skies" agreement concluded by Washington and London in 1997, says the Financial Times. Following an initial meeting with the European competition services, in Brussels on Thursday, the British Midland representatives were invited to detail their arguments in writing.
