02/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representatives of the Fifteen decided on Friday that the European Commission's complaint against Philippe Morris and RJ Reynolds for contraband in cigarettes would be discussed on the fringe of the EcoFin Council on 12 February.
