The German companies SIEMENS and ROBERT BOSCH are planning to sell MANNESMANNS PLASTICS MACHINERY for an amount that could reach EUR 1 billion. Located in France and Belgium, this division produces plastic material mainly used in the manufacture of telephone equipment. It makes a turnover of EUR 100 million annually and employs 700.
