29/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - Robert Goebbels (Luxembourg Socialist), President of the Temporary Committee on Bioethics at the European Parliament (see EUROPE of 25 January, p.15) points out that he has held many ministerial posts, including that of Minister for the Economy, but that scientific research has never been among his attributions..
