AGBAR AUTOMOTIVE (Spanish group AGBAR - AGUAS DE BARCELONA) acquired, for more than ESP 11 billion, the American company KEATING TECHNOLOGIES, specialised in the checking of gas emissions from automotive vehicles. AGBRA AUTOMOTIVE should, this year, have a turnover of ESP 17 billion against an equivalent of ESP 8 billion by KEATING TECHNOLOGIES.
