ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

Spanish company REPSOL YPF is studying the possibility of acquiring Brazilian IPIRANGA for the sum of $2.23 billion, it is announced in the Spanish economic daily Expansiùon. IPIRANGA has a network of 5,500 service stations.
