The French video game publisher INFOGRAMES (turnover one billion euro expected for the current financial year), the leading company in this sector in Europe, has acquired HASBRO INTERACTIVE (turnover $150 million forecast for 2000), the video game subsidiary of the HASBRO toy manufacturer, for the sum of $100 million.
