Brussels, 27/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of the Irish Institute of European Affairs, Richard Corbett MEP and Dr. Martin Mansergh, Advisor to the Taoiseach, are launching the book "Blair's Britain, England's Europe - A View from Ireland", in Brussels on 4 December. The authors examine the consequences that the different British attitudes towards Europe may have, summed up in the following definitions: "Outsider - Opportunist - Late Joiner - Gambler - Leader?".
