SPORT 2000 FRANCE (turnover of EUR 250 million in 1999), French distributor of sports articles and subsidiary of the German subsidiary NORD-WEST0-RING, announced the creation of the company SAS SPORT 2000 in which SPORT 2000 ALLEMAGNE will hold a blocking minority or 33% of the capital plus one share.
