ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aviation

The Austrian company AUSTRIAN AIRLINES, which holds 35.9% of the capital in LAUDA AIR, will buy the shares held by LUFTHANSA, or around 11.1%. The operation is valued at EUR 4 million. AUSTRIAN AIRLINES intends to increase its stake to more than 50% of the capital.
