Brussels, 16/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The JHA Council (Justice/Home Affairs) is to meet in Luxembourg on Tuesday morning under the presidency of the French Ministers for Justice and Home Affairs, Elisabeth Guigou and Daniel Vaillant, with the participation of Commissioner Antonio Vitorino.
