16/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Representatives from the EP, the European Commission and regional associations are to meet on Tuesday evening at the European Parliament for a debate on the mountainous regions of Europe. The European association for cooperation between mountainous areas, EUROMONTANA, will on this occasion present proposals for a new EU strategy on mountains.
