According to the Norwegian public radio and television station NRK, the Finnish-Swedish bank MERITANORDBANKEN would have bought, for NOK 27 billion, CHRISTIANA BANK. The Finnish-Swedish group would have convinced the Norwegian State to sell its 35% stake in CHRISTIANA by proposing NOK 49 per share against a previous amount of NOK 44 per share. See EI of 21 June.
