The Hague, 02/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - At their summit meeting in The Hague on Friday, The prime ministers of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, Guy Verhofstadt, Wim Kok and Jean-Claude Juncker, adopted a "Memorandum of the Benelux on the IGC" in which they stress that the EU must open a debate on its own future, but only after having succeeded at the European Council of Nice.
