Brussels, 29/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - French Transport Minister Jean-Claude Gayssot is to chair the Transport Council scheduled for next Monday, 2 October, in Luxembourg, in an atmosphere weighed down by the failure of the exceptional Transport Council on fuel prices, held 20 September, and by the demonstrations of road haulage unions.
