ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

In Italy, MILANO CENTRALE, the "real estate" branch of the group PIRELLI, and SEI, ENEL's specialised branch in the same sector, are to create a joint-venture. Held to the tune of 51% by MILANO CENTRALE, it will manage real estate evaluated at between 500 and 600 bn lira.
