25/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The list of dual-use goods and technologies that could have both a civilian and military use, list subjected to a specific system of customs control, was published in the Official Journal N. C/241. This list completes the regulation that the Council adopted in June and published in the Official Journal L/159: the new regulation simplifies the procedures provided by the system in force since June 1995, while taking account of technological developments, notably, in the electronic communications sector (see EUROPE of 13 July p.9).
