Brussels, 02/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The "Conclusion" adopted, this week, by the Energy Council on the internal market for electricity and gas (see EUROPE of 31 May, p.10) constitutes "a common path so that there are no longer fifteen liberalised markets, but one true single market," announced to the press the Council President, the Portuguese Minister for the economy and finances, Joaquim Pina Moura.
