Brussels, 26/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the EU and the six "Luxembourg group" applicant states (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovenia and Cyprus) opened accession negotiations on three new chapters, of which at least two will be some of the toughest of the entire negotiating process: free movement of persons, justice and home affairs and the budget.
