Martine Aubry proposes organisation of European summit on social exclusion and calls on Member States to set quantified targets in fight against exclusion

Brussels, 26/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Presenting the "social" priorities of the French EU Presidency to a hundred French MPs and MEPs, the Minister for Employment and Solidarity, Martine Aubry - accompanied by European Affairs Minister Pierre Moscovici - proposed that a European Summit on social exclusion be organised in Paris.
