ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) paper

The Swedish groups SCA -SVENSKA CELLULOSA- and GRANINGE AB have announced the creation of a joint venture in the forestry sector with capital of SEK 4.3 billion, named AB GRANINGE-SCA. SCA will own 35% of its capital and GRANINGE 65%.
