Clearance for Bertelsmann/Planeta joint undertaking for diffusion of paperbacks in Spain

Brussels, 29/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the groups Bertelsmann (Germany) and Planeta (Spain) to create a joint venture, Nuevas Ediciones de Bolsillo, which will group the paperback publishing activities of the two companies in Spain.
