ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) finance

The German electrical engineering group SIEMENS has announced that SFS -SIEMENS FINANCIAL SERVICES-, its financial division, will be buying the financial services and leasing group SCHRODER LEASING GROUP OF COMPANIES (EUR 535 million in assets under its management, with 170 employees) from Britain's SCHRODERS. The financial details of the operation were not made public.
