In the united States, the telecommunications group NEXTLINK COMMUNICATIONS is to take over the Internet access provider CONCENTRIC NETWORK through a swap of some $2.9 bn. CONCENTRIC shareholders will receive the equivalent of $45 in NEXTLINK shares for each of their own.
